Welcome to a world of science

I am a freelance science journalist, social media writer, and content writer, based in Berlin. I write about materials science, energy, biotechnology, and AI.

As a science journalist, I tell the stories of fellow scientists and the fascinating adventures they embark on to find solutions to the world's biggest challenges.

Since April 2022, I am part of a Social Media editorial team representing a biotech/agtech venture capital firm. My responsibilities in this role include managing the client's LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. My focus on biotech includes cures for genetic diseases, cell and gene therapies for organ and tissue replacement, cancer prevention and cancer treatment, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, and how big data transforms healthcare.

Under the Sea
Home: Testimonials

Tell me, O Muse, of that ingenious hero who travelled
far and wide after he sacked the famous town of Troy.
Many cities did he visit, and many were the nations with whose manners and customs he was acquainted;
moreover, he suffered much by the sea
while trying to save his own life and bring his men safely home.

Homer, “The Odyssey”
Translation by Walter James Miller (1970)
